• All transfers and credit card payments will be done in UAE Dirhams only.
• The US Dollar amounts are for reference only.
• You will be requested to make the payment in AED in full. Hence, if you are choosing bank transfer as an option, please ensure to select AED in your bank transfer applications and write the exact amount mentioned in AED in the above the fees structure.
• Please note You will be asked to pay any differences between transferred amount and actual fees onsite upon your arrival to collect your badge.

Registration Deadlines: 

• Early bird registration end:           6th January 2025 (Extended to15th January 2025)
• Late registration ends:                  16^th March 2025 (online registration will be closed)
• On-site registration:                       6th – 11th April 2025 

Cancellation policy:

• Any cancellation before 6th March 2025: 100% refund
• Any cancellation between 6^th – 16^th March 00:00 Dubai Time: 50% refund
• Any cancellation after 16th March 2025 00:00 Dubai Time: No refund

Tutorial Registration: 

• Tutorial online registration fees (each tutorial): AED 367/- (USD100) till 16^th March 2025
• Tutorial On-site registration fees (each tutorial): AED 551/- (USD 150) on  6^th of April 2025.

Tutorial Cancellation policy:

• Any cancellation before 17^th March 2025 00:00 Dubai Time: 100% refund (processing fees may be applied)
• Any cancellation after 17th March 2025 00:00 Dubai Time: No refund

Cancellation fees and refund:

• A processing fees will be applied. Delegates will be informed with the charges accordingly before cancellation.
• The amount will be refunded after 90 days of the event end date.

Speakers in any session (poster presentation. Plenary , technical session …etc) must upload a valid passport copy to facilitate speaking permits.

Accompanying Person:

• Standard and Seniors delegates are eligible to purchase accompanying person.
• Only a spouse or a relative are eligible to be registered as accompanying person (colleagues and students must register separately)

Students’ registration:

• Eligibility: valid for undergraduate and/or post graduate students (PHD students not included in this criteria and should select standard registration)
• Minimum age: 17 years old by 6^th April 2025.
• Student ID is required to confirm registration category. Student ID Must be valid till last day of the event 11^th April 2025.
• Students fails to upload their valid Student ID card will be asked to submit a new ID or else their registration will be changed to standard registration automatically and will have to pay the difference onsite.
